Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas such as knees, elbows and ankles beforehand. Apply evenly to clean, dry skin using a tanning mitt, working in circular motions. Wash your hands after application. Leave to develop for the time stated on the packaging, then rinse if instructed. Avoid contact with the eyes, and do a patch test before first use.
