2. General
These terms of sale apply to all purchases in the online shops healthyskin.ee and healthyskin.fi. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms. The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia; if the buyer is a consumer, this does not deprive them of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. VAT is charged at the rate of the delivery country (e.g. 24% in Estonia, 25.5% in Finland); the final product price for the buyer stays the same. The delivery cost is added and shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Add products to the cart, choose a delivery and payment method and confirm the order. The contract is concluded once the payment has been received. We send an order confirmation by e-mail. If, exceptionally, a product is no longer in stock, we will contact the buyer and offer a replacement or refund the amount paid for that product within 14 days at the latest.
5. Payment
You can pay by bank link, bank card, MobilePay (in Finland) or in instalments. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Montonio. Payment details are not shared with the seller.
6. Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after the payment has been received. Delivery methods, prices and times are listed on the Shipping & returns page. Orders can also be picked up free of charge from our shop at Narva mnt 5, Tallinn.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to info@healthyskin.ee with your order number. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal statement.
- Unused and unopened products in their original packaging can be returned.
- For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products whose seal or protective film has been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
- The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- We refund all payments received, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
- The refund is made to the same account or card that was used for payment.
8. Gift cards
A gift card is valid for 6 months from purchase. An e-gift card can be used both online and in our shop; a paper gift card bought in the shop can only be used in the shop. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Complaints
The buyer may submit a claim regarding a lack of conformity of the goods within 2 years of receiving them. Please notify us within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after discovering the defect, at info@healthyskin.ee (include the order number and, if possible, a photo). We reply to complaints within 15 days. We will replace a defective or wrong product or refund the money, and bear the related costs.
10. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve all issues by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia (www.ttja.ee) or to a court. Consumers from other EU countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre.
11. Personal data
We process personal data to fulfil orders in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Changes to the terms
The seller may change these terms. An order is subject to the terms valid at the time the order was placed.
