2. What data we collect
- Contact and delivery details: name, address, phone, e-mail, chosen parcel locker.
- Order data: products purchased, amounts, payment status, order history.
- Account data, if you create a customer account.
- Messages you send us via the contact form or e-mail.
- Website usage data (cookies, statistics), see section 7.
We do not see or store bank card or bank account details – payments are processed by Montonio.
3. Why we use your data
- To fulfil and deliver your order and to communicate with you (performance of contract).
- To comply with accounting and tax laws (legal obligation).
- To send our newsletter if you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each e-mail.
- To improve our website and service and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary with:
- the payment service provider Montonio;
- delivery companies (Omniva, Smartposti, DPD, international delivery partners) – name, phone, e-mail and delivery address;
- the newsletter service Brevo (only if you subscribed);
- hosting, accounting and IT service providers;
- public authorities where required by law.
If a service provider (e.g. Google) processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
5. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data: 7 years, as required by accounting law.
- Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent.
- Account data: until the account is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@healthyskin.ee. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and shop to work, and statistics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the website is used. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings; without the necessary cookies the shop may not work properly.

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
