We ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. In Estonia, parcels usually reach the parcel locker in 1–3 business days; to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland delivery takes 2–5 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking code.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Unused and unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose seal or protective film has been opened.
To return an item, email info@healthyskin.ee with your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but not before we have received the returned goods. The original standard delivery cost is also refunded.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible — we will sort it out quickly at our expense. Claims can be made within 2 years of receiving the product; please notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect.
