VT Cosmetics Matcha Cica Layer Serum is an intensely moisturizing and soothing serum with a two-layer texture: an upper, denser creamy layer for hydration and a lower serum layer containing soothing components. The product restores and calms sensitive and irritated skin, regulates sebum production, strengthens the skin barrier, promotes healing, has a powerful antioxidant effect, reduces redness, and helps fight acne and other inflammations. Thanks to its PHA (polyhydroxy acid) content, the serum gently exfoliates dead skin cells. In addition to Matcha extract, the serum also contains tea tree extract, centella asiatica, and madecassoside.
