Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas such as knees, elbows and ankles beforehand. Shake well if the packaging allows, then apply evenly to clean, dry skin and blend with a tanning mitt in circular motions. Wash your hands after application. Allow to dry fully before dressing, and avoid contact with water until the time stated on the packaging. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not inhale the product. Do a patch test before first use.
